Congratulations! You've done an incredible job leveraging your match pot to boost your fundraising efforts. Your supporters have stepped up, and your campaign has made a significant impact. Now that you’re reaching the limit of your match pot, it’s time to look at how you can continue this momentum with a match pot top-up!

Expanding Your Match Pot

If you’ve already used most of your match pot and want to extend your fundraiser’s reach, you can increase your match pot at any time! Additional bespoke match pot top-ups come with a percentage fee, invoiced upfront.

For example, if you choose to add an extra £10,000 to your match pot, a percentage of this total will be charged via invoice. It's important to note that our fees are variable based on usage, so check with your customer success manager to confirm what this will look like for your charity.

We can offer flexible payment options—this could be split into one upfront payment and one post-campaign payment, for example, or another schedule that suits your needs.

How to Monitor and Manage Your Match Pot

Tracking your remaining match funding is simple! You can check the status of your match pot, including the amount used and remaining, via your charity dashboard.

Please do keep an eye on this - if your charity match pot runs out completely, supporters can still donate but, unfortunately, their donations will not be doubled. If you’d like to increase your match pot, just let us know, and we’ll organise a call to get things sorted.
